Welcome to Kontact! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Kontact mobile application ("the App").
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the App.

1. Game Rules
1.1. The App provides a word-guessing game where players can create and participate in word-guessing challenges with their friends.
1.2. Users are responsible for the content they create, submit, or share within the App.
2. Intellectual Property
2.1. The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EJ Development and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
3. User Content
3.1. By using the App, you grant EJ Development a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, display, and reproduce your user-generated content within the App for the purpose of providing and improving the services.
4. Prohibited Conduct
4.1. You agree not to engage in any conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or third parties.
4.2. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, using the App for any unlawful purpose, infringing on intellectual property rights, and engaging in harassing or abusive behavior.
5. Termination
5.1. EJ Development reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at its sole discretion, without notice, for any reason.
6. Changes to Terms
6.1. EJ Development reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
